Some breathing space for the digitally drained

Ctrl. Alt. Breathe. Repeat until your battery’s dead.

You’re tired. I’m tired. The AI writing this is probably tired. This digital wellness site is for people who think “Mindfulness” is garbage.

You’re wrong. It is mid to upper class influencer wannabes baiting the doomscrolling proles of the lower and working classes.

While we’re at it, the practice of being present is a cop-out – your life still stinks and you’ve turned out exactly like your Dad.

And one more thing you need to learn is “breath-work”. It’s easy, just sigh, slowly. My penny’s worth – don’t bother, keep bottling it all up and just wait for the inevitable blow out. Just like your Dad.

Ctrl Alt Breathe isn’t a “wellness journey” as such, it’s a soft reboot. It’s my cynical way of avoiding a personal “blue screen of death”.

A lot of what you see is an automated effort constructed and curated by yours truly to ensure there is regular, quality “content”. Content that tries to remind you of what is truly important in life from the perspective of someone who stubbornly resists the type of advice they need.

Every damn day, my automation scours the internet to deliver a dry-witted list of “personal digital wellness” posts that may benefit you. There is also a more in-depth weekly digest that curates the best posts of the week along with the worst advice, misquoted/misunderstood philosophers and shameless self-flagellation.

Keep checking in, or check our socials to receive a steaming pile of self-help directly into your retinas. Don’t thank me later, just donate some beer money here to help keep my RAM in check. Ciao.
